Must have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical staff and business areas (non-technical), and consult with business area on call routing options. Solid understanding and previous knowledge of call handling (e.g. vectoring, VDNs, defining skill and skill-level support, creating and supporting agent routing) and setting up Toll Free Numbers. Prior technical experience with Avaya telecom systems/applications such as: One X Agent, Announcements (audio groups), Avaya Session/System Manager, Avaya Aura Messaging, Verizon Enterprise Center, Avaya Control Manager, Avaya Aura Media Server. Prior technical experience with Avaya Communication Manager (ASA 6.0 and 7.0), VoIP/SIP. Previous integration experience with contact center applications/systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, RINGDNA, IVR, call recording, One X Agent). Session Border Controller, ARS, and world class routing a plus but not required. Previous technical experience with voice monitoring tools (e.g. One Vision), OMNI Channel, and data analytics a plus but not required. Ability to organize and manage time to meet project deadlines, and work flex hours when needed Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal contact center customers, diagnose, resolve, document, and follow-up on problems reported by these customers and/or escalated problems from the Corporate Helpdesk.
