Strong candidates will have 4 or more years of experience in a Desktop Support position in which the primary focus was application packaging and support with MSI tools such as Wyse or InstallShield, Scripting and/or other desktop automation tools. Strong candidates will also be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures relating to Desktop Support. This Desktop Support person relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This Desktop Support person is expected to work in a team and collaborate on findings, techniques and strategies. A wide degree of creativity, self-direction and latitude is expected. This position may require evening or weekend hours.
