They will have the responsibility to further design, develop and engineer solutions to ensure reliability, availability and required performance to meet the high volume regulatory compliance needs of an international financial institution. The role has responsibility content types that include email, instant messaging and related forms of electronic communications from a broad array of data providers. ROLE INVOLVES: Subject matter expert for regulatory compliance technology Track and manage Book of Work priorities. Manage global relationships with operations teams and external vendors Provide L3/L4 escalation support for the Banks regulatory compliance platform Articulate presentation of concepts and ideas to internal customers, vendors and senior management Coach, provide feedback and guide others QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate degree in Computer science, engineering or related information technology field 4+ years of eCompliance engineering experience with exposure to the financial industry preferred In depth expertize with Symantec Enterprise Vault (EV), Discovery Accelerator (DA) and Compliance Accelerator (CA) including experience upgrading and deployments within enterprise environments Management of large and complex enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades Ability to manage multiple complex tasks, develop test cases and prove the quality of deliverables Attention to detail, documentation, communication and relationship building skills Integration experience and good working knowledge of supporting technologies Skills in the following areas would be considered advantageous: Understanding the jurisdiction variances for records retention, privacy, discovery and disclosure for a regulated financial institution.
