Level support - Provide 3rd level operational support and problem resolution for services provided by the Active Directory team. Responsible for 3rd level support of services provided by the Active Directory team. Candidate will manage the 3rd level AD Team support queue and provide assistance/guidance to the 2nd level AD Support team. Additionally, candidate will provide operational status reports to management on an as required and regular basis, track status of problem records, provide root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Provide support to ongoing projects on an as needed basis. Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? Has specific skills and experience including but not limited to the following: · Strong knowledge and ability to support Active Directory infrastructure in an enterprise environment. · Strong understanding of Microsoft Network Policy Server (NPS/Radius). · Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. · Track problem records and provide root cause analysis and resolution. · Knowledgeable of Group Policy Administration. · Knowledgeable of Active Directory components and related infrastructure. · Provide third tier support for client/server infrastructure and application support. · Analyze and resolve problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security. · Experience working with and supporting Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC) · Experience with managing a WSUS environment. · Experience working with PowerShell. · Experience with Service Now (SNOW) or Remedy ticketing systems. · Ability to operationalize new technologies. Nice to have: · Experience with multifactor authentication technology. · Experience with non-Microsoft LDAPs such as ODSEE. · Experience with PowerBroker. · Experience with Active Roles Server. · Experience with ManageEngine.
