Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledge and experience with Windows desktop operating systems. - Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Exchange management consoles. - Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability learn new operations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel. - Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards. - Ability to learn and grow their troubleshooting skills in relation to the Active Directory and Exchange environments. - The ability to address multiple projects/tasks on a daily basis and possession of strong troubleshooting skills are key.
