This includes: Production support for the existing AWS-based, .Net Checkout suite of applications Bug fixes and enhancements to existing Checkout suite of applications Optimization and split of legacy code for ease of modernization Support for PCI documentation and audits Improvement of instrumentation and monitoring solutions Maintenance/update of documentation and code that supports the existing Checkout suite of applications Maintenance/update of deployment Go/AWS-based delivery pipelines that support the existing Checkout suite of applications Detailed Responsibilities Production Support - Provide Tier 1 (first person contacted) on call support Acknowledge & Resolve Production Incidents Respond to all alerts as required Escalate issues to appropriate owners Do quick code fix or data fix as required to resolve issues Perform log analysis when job failures occur in production systems Proactive monitoring of applications supported Resolve issues in case of job failures Maintenance & Break/Fix Work Make code fixes and updates to resolve defects and remove technical debt Pipeline maintenance and improvements Server patching Dashboard creation & updates Certificate updates Conduct defect root cause analysis Feature Enhancements Delivering according to prioritized team backlog Work with PM to properly prioritize and size backlog Participate in Requirements generating and planning sessions Optimization and split of legacy code for ease of modernization General activities Participate in Scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, stand ups, demos, retros, confidence votes, etc.) Keep work up to date and visible in JIRA Create stories, tasks, incidents as needed for new issues or to break work down.
