This position will be a part of the team responsible for the implementation of this project. They will also be involved with supporting the day-to-day operations. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will be to assist with support of our Office 365 GCC environment to include Teams, Teams telephony, Dynamics, Power Bi dashboards, Power Apps, modification to sites, forms, and workflow. To include user permissions, user support, and day-to-day operations. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Assist with Office 365 Government G3 environment, permissions, and security. • Knowledge of Dynamics and assist as needed. • Support of Teams Telephony and setup. • Use BMC Footprints and resolve any assigned tickets. • Provide user support to support daily operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Reviews and monitoring usage reports • Utilization of PowerApss • Deploy custom developed Dynamic and third-party solution packages • Programming JavaScript, JQuery, and powershell • Support PowerBI dashboards. • Monitor systems for uptime and ensure online. • Create supporting project and system documentation. • Provide updates to the Project Team. • Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place. • Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion. • Creates architecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps. • Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection. (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec Requirements http://admin.sc.gov/technology/information-security/policies-and-procedures, etc.) The position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours. The candidate will work closely with the Assigned Section Manager to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation to IT standards and procedures. The candidate will work closely with customer and subject matter experts for the system design and testing. This will also include compliance to DHEC security policy/procedures as well as integrating systems when possible to streamline staff workflows, user security, and data correction.
