This is for the Capital Strategy team at Transamerica ? This team is going to be responsible for completely reengineering the current capital reporting landscape ? They will be reengineering a lot of this into cloud native apps ? This is one of the top 4 highest priority projects within all of finance at Transamerica ? Candidates MUST be VERY strong with Power App (specifically, Power App integrations into Power BI) ? Candidates should be comfortable with C#/.NET, but do not need to be expert level, just need to have a decent background there ? Azure is a nice to have, but it would put candidates at the top of their list if that have it (AWS would be nice as well, but Azure preferred) ? Candidates should have a decent understanding/background of Big Data environments (or at least understand data warehousing, data lakes, etc) ? Open to having candidates work 1-2 days remotely as long as they are willing/able to come into the office if needed on those days for meetings ? Open to AV candidates JOB DESCRIPTION: ? Architects and Develops cross functional technical design/specification for complex projects. ? Models business processes and data. ? Create and execute automated unit testing. ? Create automated SDLC code elevation models. ? Designs, codes, tests, and documents programs and sub-systems. ? Coordinates with co-workers, stakeholders, operations, technical support, and vendors. ? Interfaces with Stakeholders to determine requirements and provide solutions for business problems. ? Create technology road map for the systems. ? Analyzes and recommends tools for business problems. ? Champions architecture, automation standards and best practices. ? Is a resource to others in solving problems and works independently. Prepares presentations and leads meetings. ? Works in Agile development SDLC framework. ? Effectively follow current enterprise processes and procedures. Qualifications: ? Very Strong Cloud Experience with O365 using Power Apps and Power BI. ? Experienced with TFS, SVN and/Or Bitbucket/GIT. ? Experience with diverse data stores like NoSQL, Azure Data Warehouse, Hadoop and Relational Databases. ? Very strong programming background with Microsoft technologies like C#, .NET, ASP. ? Experience with Azure Data factory, Azure data lake store, Azure data bricks (Spark and Python), Azure Data warehouse will be a plus ? Experience with Terraform will be a plus. ? Experience with API programming, REST/SOAP and Microservices will be a plus. ? Experience with Azure cloud services like Service Bus, Event Hub, AP ? Management, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Azure Dev Ops is a plus. ?
