Responsibilities Engages business stakeholders in value/process dialogue to develop requirements and potential solutions. Develop, modify, and maintain applications on Power Platform: Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI as well as Ai and other up and coming technologies. Play a key role in developing Office Automation Processes within the Microsoft 365 environment, designed to streamline the work process for a variety of business needs Shares with the business opportunities to create efficiencies within the organization using Microsoft Tools Develops and supports SharePoint solutions for the business including Communications Teams. Develops solution documentation, flowcharts, layouts, design, diagrams, code for production items. Develop tools and document procedures required to manage and maintain the proposed design. Work independently on complex, non-routine tasks - under limited supervision. Interact directly with end users and/or technical POCs to resolve issues. Interacts directly with other members of any Communities designed to support users in their use of Microsoft technologies. Adhere to, and help construct, policies and guidelines such as, technical standards, security, and IT best practices. Works with global partners and Microsoft to maintain a working knowledge of the M365 tenant and its capabilities. Personal Skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
