The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science. You must be a problem solver, a people person and a fast learner. The role is contract to start, but we will look to hire the right person as a full-time employee after a trial period. Business Description Fiserv Output Solutions provides turnkey business communications solutions for the financial services, healthcare, billing, retail, agency, travel and entertainment industries. The business also provides document management, branded merchandise and direct marketing services and offers Electronic Document Delivery solutions that allow clients to securely archive and deliver high-volume e-documents, including statements, bills and reports, to their customers Job Description • Under general supervision, analyze and determine conversion requirements and provide conversion specifications to programming. • Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the development of new department procedures the conversion may necessitate. • Interpret clients existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of conversion data. • Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution. • Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process (system studies, questionnaires). • Provide training to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the Fiserv system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures • Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. • Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents • Perform very broad and challenging implementation tasks to ensure that projects for clients are processed expeditiously and accurately. • Principal work activity may include, but is not limited to, developing implementation plans including due dates, checklists, resource needs, time frames, and all elements required for implementation event; analyzing and determining requirements and providing necessary specifications to programming and other technical personnel; participating in providing consultation to client before, during, and after implementation; participating in training to the client before, during, and after implementation including correct use of company systems; interpreting existing systems of client and work flows through and including balancing of implementation data; communicating progress and potential problems to management for awareness and resolution; and maintaining tools (system studies, questionnaires, etc) used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation. • Generally, the incumbent is expected to be able to work independently of supervisory and technical help with only limited assistance ever necessary. • The ability to perform multi-tasks requires focused concentration for extended time periods to manage projects to meet client requirements. • Satisfactory performance requires highly developed implementation and conversion skills a   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
