The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycles five stages and included service management processes. In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed. Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules. The selected candidate(s) will work directly with IT staff to understand their needs and develop training materials for their use and for the onboarding of new IT staff.
