(Graduate degree and CPM/CPSM desirable) Must have category experience in any one area: Chemicals, waste disposal, construction, sub-contracting services, technical products, fleet management Experience with EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) is a plus Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across a large, matrix organization Demonstrated influencing, problem solving, communicating and decision-making skills Ability to manage simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization and problem-solving skills across multiple sites or functions Experience in analyzing complex data to develop insights, quickly learn and adopt new methods and processes Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams Strong negotiation skills and ability to review, redline and negotiate contracts and statements of work Advanced Excel and Powerpoint (or equivalent) skills Experience with Procure to Pay, ERP and eSourcing solutions (e.g.: Ariba, Coupa, SAP) Familiarity with Google apps for business (Google mail, calendar, contacts, sheets, docs, and slides) a plus The role supports North America (US and Canada) and the position will be based in Boston, MA, Milwaukee, WI or Houston, TX. The candidate should be prepared to travel up to 20% of the time Job responsibilities: Develop category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional strategic sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers, execute contracts and support implementation Drive Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risk, improve performance and identify value add opportunities, including quarterly/annual supplier reviews Align with key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement and/or optimization Develop monthly/quarterly KPI reporting (savings tracking, price variances, quality, delivery, inventory, etc.) Support creation and communication of standardized procurement policies and processes Achieve annual cost savings and value targets Drive continuous improvement in process, price, service etc. through effective category management Develop category specific goals and objectives Negotiate and review contracts to establish optimal terms and conditions, pricing, and key performance indicators   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
