Project Management Tools ClearQuest Claims Medicaid MITA MS Office Health Project Ex   Requirement id 11558 Job title Manager Job location in Quincy, MA Skills required Project Management, Project Management Tools, ClearQuest, Claims Medicaid MITA MS Office Health Pr Open Date 07-Nov-2012 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 8 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Manager: Project Management, Project Management Tools, ClearQuest, Claims Medicaid MITA MS Office Health Pr [Note: Submission Deadline : November 19, 2012] [Note: End Date : 6/30/13] Description: Responsibilities: • Manage the work of the vendor staff working on developing the MITA RFR. • Coordinate the work of the Procurement Management Team (PMT) for the MITA RFR. • Collaborate with Departments agency business leaders to develop and maintain project plans • Define project requirements with key business stakeholders. • Coordinate project activities for adherence to project plan and goals. • Monitor results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, and dependencies and associated technical specifications. • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding limitations and staffing availability. • Prepare comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing and other associated project management areas. • Manage project development process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes. • Perform work in association with industry recognized standards, guidelines and practices. • Adhere to established Commonwealth policy and procedures with respect to project management methodology, quality assurance, and other related standards Required Skills: • Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience with project management as the project manager with full accountability and financial responsibility • Minimum (5) five years of IT experience in one or more technical roles • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field • Experience with preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, end users and project team members • Ability to interact effectively with technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources • Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions • Knowledge of the related IT standards and software (i.e., Microsoft office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project management tools) • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to interact with senior level healthcare executives • Capacity to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical healthcare centric audiences as well as program and business priorities to technical audiences • Ability to multi-task and flexibly adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills: • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
