MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Qualifications • Extensive knowledge/experience with project management concepts, tools and methodologies. • Extensive knowledge/experience in systems analysis and design. • Extensive knowledge/experience with system deployment & transition processes. • Extensive knowledge/experience with the development of business, technical and administrative requirements. • Knowledge/experience with governmental business processes. • Knowledge/experience with integrating data into Microsoft Access and programming with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for constructing execution logic to support repetition of tasks for data analysis. • Working Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler or Maestro scheduler. • Knowledge/experience with Mainframe concepts, platforms, and technologies including CICS, TSO, JES3, JCL, VSAM, ISPF and Attachmate Extra/3270 emulation software and tools on IBM Mainframe with z/OS. • The ability to reason logically and creatively and use a variety of analytical and research techniques to solve complex problems; propose an effective course of action; analyze data; identify the need for and provide creative thinking related to complex problems; and develop and evaluate alternatives. • The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and to utilize inter-disciplinary teams effectively. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types.
