Contractor must provide one Key Person that possesses between 5-10 years of both project administration and project management experience. Preferred experience includes the following: * At least 6 months experience performing project administration support to multiple projects within a program area (more than 4 active projects concurrently). * At least 5 years experience in managing technology projects. Agency is contracting with Contractor for IT Professional Services (ITPS) to provide Project Administration and Project Management services for the Project cited below. Contractor shall provide Project Administration and tracking of Agency Project Office internal processes. Contractor shall also provide Project Management services to lead and manage the Video Architecture project under the Intelligent Transportation systems (ITS) Program (Project). The ITS Program has the primary task of implementing devices that help improve traffic safety and mobility through the use of technology. The statewide systems collect data for road and weather conditions, vehicular speed and volume, congestion, and traffic incidents. There are approximately four to eight projects in the ITS program that are active at any given time. The ITS Program manages a network of cameras throughout the state which collectively are fed to operations centers and public distribution sites such as TripCheck.com and local TV news stations. The Video Architecture Project will augment and eventually replace legacy analog ITS video switching and distribution infrastructure. It will make way for future conversion to IP video cameras, simplify distribution to internal ODOT users, and simplify sharing of video with external partners.
