This resource will provide support in the areas of Data Governance, Data Privacy, and Project Implementation, as needed. This position requires a senior level personnel and program manager as the services required are high priority and high visibility, and run concurrently with inter dependencies on other on-going projects across the department. It is also highly desirable that the applicant have knowledge and experience with business analysis and quality assurance functions. This position will also have significant interactions with other agencies and will perform services related to information security. Required Skills: A Provide support to the CIO in the areas of data governance, assisting with Data Sharing Agreements and process definitions related to CDEs privacy and governance programs. B. Manage CDE programs, as required, from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation using a formal project lifecycle methodology set forth by the Information Management Services (IMS) Unit. C. Lead programs that consist of multiple related projects with complex inter-dependencies and constraints. D. Meet with users, business sponsors, and executive management to understand and document requirements. E. Provide senior management consulting services as needed in the areas related to personnel management, program management and data management. F. Minimize exposure to risk on projects and alert client to those risks. G Submit detailed status reports to the project teams and CDEs Project Management unit. H. Schedule and facilitate project team meetings. I.Inject processes and controls as necessary to ensure data privacy and security on assigned projects. J.
