PMT- performance measurement tracking – by implementing and modifying a proven system implemented by the state of Washington Inability to Validate Priority Categories on Subgrant Award Report – by modifying existing SARS processes Subgrantee Communication - by purchasing and modifying software so that the subgrantees can have a forum for communication. To accomplish this the District Attorney Council wants to contract a Project Manager/Business Analyst to oversee the project. We also want to contract an experienced ASP.net Developer to implement and modify the necessary systems. Project Manager/Business Analust – the project manager duties will be to oversee the project, this is a not a full time position and will only work periodically. He will need to 1. Identify and help select a qualified programmer to implement and develop the web site 2. Develop a project plan 3. Identify existing code to purchase to add the discussion group 4. Identify requirements for the discussion board purchase, the PMT implementation and the Sars development 5. Prepare all necessary federal reporting 6. Develop timelines and oversee development of the project He/she will need experience in asp web development Experience with federal grants is helpful Experience working with low budget development Programmer – this position will be full time for the period required to complete the project 1. Needs to be an experienced ASP.net web developer 2. Needs to have skills at modifying existing code and implementing systems quickly. 3. Needs to be able to work relatively independently. 4. Knowledge of Excel and Python also helpful The project period is approximately 2 years. The project has been awarded and funded, so we foresee contracting the project manager in the first 2 months.
