We have a 7-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Follow client project management methodology, including maintaining project plan, developing tools, and techniques for status reports, controlling scope, financials, managing risks, drafting, and obtaining approvals of project documents / deliverables. Apply complex knowledge of IT application integrations especially Mirth Connect, HL7 connectivity and database knowledge of DB2 and SQL Server. Assist clients legal and managerial staff with technical liaising and oversight of three community-based organizations individually contracting with a vendor or vendors who are developing / maintaining / enhancing web-based case management and referral applications built on Java/J2EE and Salesforce platforms; Coordinate with the systems developer subcontractor to enhance the GUI and usability of the web-based systems, adhering to the protected health information (PHI) protection regulations. Develop and implement advanced performance reporting metrics for the client based on knowledge of reporting, analytics, and dashboard preparation tools. Ensure issues related to patient consent for sharing of information are addressed in compliance with state and federal laws. Work with the projects and their local Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIOs) to ensure a data connection between the HIT and RHIO systems. Inform BWIAH leadership of issues, risks and suggest resolutions. Responsible for analyzing the results of the MRT-HIT project including: assessing the completeness and accuracy of data submitted, including risks identified, referrals made, and referrals kept; assessing the effectiveness of the HIT systems in coordinating services across a network of providers; and developing a comparative analysis of the impact of the coordinated referral system on maternal and infant health outcomes. Mandatory Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. (60-84 months)-Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others; may have an advanced education. Preferred Qualifications: 60 months of experience with managing 3 to 5 complex IT projects, establishing / maintaining project schedules, tracking financials, managing risks and status reporting. 60 months of experience with planning and managing web applications on Java/open sources platform, and cloud-based solutions, dealing with multiple business area data integration projects. 60 months experience with health-related HIT projects, including experience with connectivity among electronic health/medical record systems and Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIO) 60 months experience with managing projects involving multiple, diverse stakeholders or business areas. 60 months of experience managing projects involving two or more technology teams. 60 months of experience with managing IT project(s) that utilizes a waterfall and iterative or agile development methodology. 48 months experience with managing system integration projects involving Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). 48 months as a certified project manager professional (i.e., PMP certification). 36 months as a cloud certified consultant (i.e. Salesforce) Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Additional vendor information Candidates need to meet 60% of the Preferred Qualificat   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
