This resource will be working exclusively on the Japan legacy system migrations. Below are some of the key skills needed: - Strong organization and project management skills (though focused in a very tight scope area) - Ability to facilitate teams - Ability to work through ambiguity and determine the appropriate direction forward - Planning, status reporting, communications - ERP implementation experience strongly preferred; SAP preferred - Experience working on interface and/or other technical projects around ERP implementations - Japanese language preferred but could potentially get by without it - Ability to travel to Japan extensively assuming 3-5 weeks straight to start project then maybe looking at 2 wks on and 2 wks off for a while Skills Required: Yrs.
