This program at DECAL is in the process of expanding the existing grant portion of the program administration. client is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support the Early Learning Challenge - Child and Parent Services Grant Program in this effort. Duties & Responsibilities: client seeks to hire a Project Manager/Business Analyst focused on supporting the documentation of application requirements, process, work flow and project plans. This role will work under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and in collaboration with the Early Learning Challenge Child and Parent Services Grant Program, Application Development Manager and Infrastructure Manager. A key component of this role will be interviewing, collaborating and consolidation of input from persons throughout the organization and from additional research to create clear application requirements and associated project documents. This role will need to have both project planning and business analysis skills to be effective. This role will need to have the ability to drive to and hold decisions made by the program team in support of clear requirements for the development of a solution. With minimal supervision this person will need to integrate with the program team and ask for support when needed. Conducts and manages meetings with subject matter experts/program team and performs additional research in order to write documentation for the team including: Application Requirements Program Workflow documents Presentations to program team and IT team (application and infrastructure) Meeting agendas, summaries and minutes Write in a clear and concise manner and is able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences Must have the capability of learning a new system quickly and efficiently Work directly with program team to set appropriate project expectations, address program team goals, determine target dates, manage tasks, and provide regular project updates Takes ownership and ensures high quality, timely delivery of projects on hand Required Skills: * Bachelor degree and 3 years of experience as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst OR 5 years of experience as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst * Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Extensive experience working with internal business units, requirements identification documentation, written policies, procedures * Ability to lead without authority and drive decision making   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
