Responsibilities include but are not be limited to initiating and/or updating project related documents to the Project Managers in the field, Fiber Design/Engineering, Splicing, Subcontractors, Permitting, and others as deemed appropriate by management. This position may be involved in procuring costs estimates, proposed fiber routes, and material estimates. Forecasting costs associated with assigned projects is an essential function of this position. Further, the person in this position will be involved in results tracking and administrative duties surrounding the use of systems used within the department, etc. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as determined by management. * Essential Job Functions: Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently The Analyst I must be able to monitor receipt of and be assertive about obtaining requirement information from other departments within the organization Demonstrated skills to analyze and organize financial information Review and analysis of costs information submitted for the project Procurement and analysis of costs information from systems used by the organization Demonstrate sound organizational skills to compile information required for management review Effective use of MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software as deemed necessary to perform the assigned duties of the position Proactively seek and recommend improvement initiatives Facilitate information flow among team members within the organization * Education/Training/Experience: Bachelors Degree or better in related field preferred 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Financial Analyst working with telecommunications, data networking and/or technological solutions in a business environment is preferred Skills/Knowledge/Personal Qualities: Superior interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others Excellent oral and written communications skills Detail-oriented organizational skills Analytical problem solving skills An ability to understand complex issues and learn quickly Adaptability, flexibility and creativity Mature, professional attitude Working knowledge of industry standard Project Management software Working Conditions Works in a normal office environment, with occasional need to visit field for meetings Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by workload * Physical Demands: Stand, squat, walk, push, pull, climb, reach overhead, and bend to the floor..   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
