We have a 30-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Project Manager, Expert Plan, coordinate, and manage the complex and ongoing infrastructure remediation efforts for the DMV Modernization Program. Collaborate on all efforts with DMV Portfolio, ITS CTO, ITS ISO, Vendors, Internal and External stakeholders. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Will be completing status reports, status briefing, risk and issue identification and mitigation. Communication of project status and updates at all levels of organization, with internal stakeholders, project team and executive staff Development and maintenance of detailed project plan with milestones and detailed roll out plan. Development and maintenance of detailed project budget. Identification and maintenance of critical path and contingencies Risk monitoring, control, and mitigation planning Resource allocation estimating and reporting Guide project teams to implement a new product Support and guidance for resulting business process changes Planning and support during training and transition Mandatory Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months of experience with fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and adapting them to organization. Must provide an explanation of the scope and timeframes of the projects you managed. 84 months experience as Project Manager for enterprise level initiatives that impact the entire organization 84 months experience in the creation of a project plan for an effort with milestones, deliverables, resource allocations and risk mitigation 84 months experience with multi-layered infrastructure remediation efforts 84 months experience in leading communication efforts for an implementation effort with internal and external stakeholder communication and outreach Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Additional vendor information Candidates need to meet 60% of the Preferred Qualifications to qualify for the position.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
