The consultant MUST HAVE experience leading SAP projects. * Sr PM - must be VERY strong with people and interfacing with remote (in the US teams), do lead part of a large team handling the systems integration for a client acquisition thats already in progress. Prior experience integrating business processes is a big plus. * This is less of an IT software dev project, and much more of business process management and integration. PM will lead of team comprised of Business System Analysts, Business Process Analysts, and SMEs, among other team members, total size around 10. Many resources are shared with other projects, and some are located in WA state. * PM must be mature, experienced, highly communicative, experienced at solving problems and getting highly involved in the work involved, not just looking over the top of it. * Any past integration experience with OTC (Order to Cash) workstreams moves to the head of the line. Develop and maintain project and resource plans for the Order to Cash/Information Management work stream and reports progress Day to day management of project team and technical team assignment ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones WITHIN AGREED UPON TIMELINE, APPROACH, BUDGET AND SCOPE (TABS) Develop and drive solution design with business input from Business Process Lead and any relevant SMEs and technical input from designated technical contacts (ex: SDG, Isilon IT) Plan and facilitate required IT workshops and meetings as needed throughout all phases Track and manage project issues and risks Delivers project related communications, as determined during program governance formation (e.g. weekly workstream meetings) Lead the Functional Designs and To-Be Processes with input from the Business Process Leads, and facilitate the review and approval of those documents Assisting Business Readiness team with material and information to support training and communication development.
