Finance- Business Systems Analyst
St. Cloud, MN

Standard / Primary Responsibilities:
o Actively involved in project throughout all phases of lifecycle: project definition, requirements, solution and design, development and testing, implementation.
o Works closely with project manager to define project requirements and in identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
o Works with project manager as needed to monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
o Works with business owner and stakeholders to determine and/or confirm project objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
o Facilitates meetings of stakeholders to elicit business, system, functional, and operational requirements. Seeks and details out business constraints.
o Constructs workflows from stakeholder and SME input; incorporates feedback from review sessions into deliverables. Secures all necessary approvals.
o Collaborates with development team on solution definition, design, and development as needed; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Ensures all necessary approvals are received; maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures or working with responsible individuals and teams to do so.
o Collaborates with testing team on test strategy, plan and test scripts as needed. Analyzes defects and works with team as defined by project roles.
o May be reference for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
