Fingerprint background checks will be paid for by ITD if the candidate utilizes the Idaho State Police office located in Meridian, ID. If the candidate elects to utilize an Idaho State Police office at a different location, the Contractor will have to pay for the cost. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: • Manages one or more project teams simultaneously utilizing Scrum-Agile principles, as appropriate. May be used in crossfunctional roles of Scrum Master & Product Owner based on vaqrious team needs. This will include the planning, development, procurement, implementation and evaluation of large, complex technology projects. • Serve as Agile practitionare who represents ITD and its end users to youur team of highly skilled developers of the product vision, ongoing support, and clear communication • Initiate, build, and maintain good relationships with IT & business management to help facilitate effective completion of project work • Coordinate Release activities • ROLE SPECIFIC DUTIES o PRODUCT OWNER DUTIES: ? Engage the business in the gathering of requirements ? Maintain & groom a healthy product backlog ? Support Sprint Demos & PI Planning ? Communicate Risks ? Partner with other POs on Project o SCRUM MASTER DUTIES ? Build High Performing Teams ? Facilitate Stand Ups, Program Increment Planning and Product Demos ? Remove impediments to teams ? Raise risks to decision makers ? Support PO in building and maintaining a healthy product backlog • The ideal candidate should be experienced in agile system development lifecycle and business analysis methodology, extensive knowledge and experience in analysis, project execution, prioritization and business process management to drive to successful project completion. • Coordinates project activities of contractor/state FTEs and provide direction to large diverse project teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of all project artifacts in adherence to established DMV and PMO standards and procedures. • They shall ensure that all project engagement rules are adhered to and that quality project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. • Facilitates the operational efficiency of the business processes within the Division, ensuring adoption of newly designed processes and use of enhanced information technology tools. • Identification of business process improvement opportunities through collaborative requirement gathering. • Captures current state and design future state so that it aligns with business goals and objectives while looking for ways to streamline and reduce cost or time to deliver final products. • Elicits requirements and aggregate input from stakeholders and county partners, and subsequently translate those requirements into epics, features, and user stories that can be used for product development and/or implementation. • Responds to user feedback and production defects, assisting oper   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
