Must have excellent customer service skills, project management experience and understand enough of the technical portion to communicate with the client and direct questions or problems to the correct group. Understanding of ACH wires, lockbox and check processing and electronic payment processing is helpful. * Communication Skills – will be in a customer facing role where good written and verbal communication skills are critical. Will also be interfacing with a number of internal groups where good coordination/communication are keys to success * People People – same as above with the addition of work well in teams, team goals focused, interacts well with a lot of different people * Project Management – Will be managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Needs to be able to manage a lot without letting key tasks drop * Technical Aptitude – candidates will not be working directly on development and file processing but needs to understand systems and how they function to explain to customers. We are working in both Unix and Main Frame environments. File types include XML, Flat File, EDI 820 and others. Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Project, Outlook, Visio required. SharePoint experience & PMP a plus but not required. Some Additional Details on Day-to-Day Resources will be migrating legacy Wachovia Wholesale Customers to the go forward payment platforms.
