We expect that the contractor would assist in facilitating during these meetings. We are looking for a contractor to share best practices, knowledge, and subject matter expertise of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and linkages to facilitate successful connectivity with the Health Information Exchange (HIE), data collection techniques, and methods for trouble shooting data collection issues. The 16 clinical quality measures will be reported by primary care practices. However, it is not clear which data elements need to be recorded for these measures, whether each of the clinics EMRs are capturing the data, whether the right data elements are in the HIE feed, etc. Additionally, some of the clinical quality measures will need to be re-vised based on whether the data needed is accessible. The contractor that were looking for will need to have the background and experience in these areas to help us work though the challenges. Required Skills: Subject matter expertise of Electronic Medical Record / Electronic Health Record systems and linkages to facilitate successful connectivity with a state-based Health Information Exchange (HIE), data collection techniques, and methods for successful data analytic solutions.
