In PPS, providers receive a single cost-based payment for providing one or more qualifying services to a consumer during a specific period of time. The Claims Validation System (CVS) is acting as a clearinghouse for PPS, accepting provider claims and billing the appropriate parties. JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee the Project Management duties that include: • Project Plan • Communication Management • Change Management • Iteration Planning • Retrospectives • Daily Standups • Scrum Master Duties (assuring agile principles are followed, backlog grooming, daily standups, Organizing epics, features, user stories, planning poker, iteration planning, etc.) • Quality Assurance Activities • DMH User Acceptance Testing • Clear bottlenecks and hurdles that impact the project negatively Directly perform these duties: • One goal is to bring the Phase 1 project to go-live by December 31, 2018 • Validate the timeline to go-live and potentially re-baseline project • Risk and Issue Management • Provide weekly status reports to Executive level staff and project team (templates and Innotas security provided) • Participate in external and internal stakeholder meetings • Plan for the conversion / transition plan prior to and after go-live • Prepare a readiness assessment for go-live (already have Points of Failure Assessment) • Lessons learned for Phase 1 • Produce a Project Plan (SOW, Schedule) for Phase 2 PPS • Produce a Risk Assessment for Phase 2 PPS   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
