Must have 7+ years recent Project Manager experience. 2. Must have demonstrated experience working with USDA Food and Nutrition Services programs, specifically work experience must be in one or more of the following programs: Women, Infants and Childrens Program (WIC), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP). 3. Must have theoretical and practical project management knowledge. 4. Must have practical knowledge of project techniques and tools. 5. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 6. Must have experience writing RFPs/technical writing. 7. Must be able to able to gather requirements and experience with business analysis. 8. Must have strategic planning skills. 9.
