Understanding of project management concepts and best practices as defined by the Project Management Institute. * Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff * Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines * Proficiency in the following software programs: MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word * Experience with Traffic Management, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Traffic Operations, or related IT transportation projects Desired Skills: * Experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role.
