This position requires heavy interaction with their clients, the NetSuite sales and support teams as well as product implementation partners. This individual will oversee the planning, scheduling, configuration, integration, testing, training and communications across the teams to ensure a successful rollout of the NetSuite product for the global team a solid implementation solutions of the NetSuite platform. This role is based in Arlington, VA and might have some travel required. Candidates must attend both a phone and in person interview. There are no skype interviews available. Education: An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, or Computer Science/Engineering or related field is preferred; plus, 10 years of experience with Project Management 4+ years of experience in the implementation and usage of NetSuite Minimum Essential Qualifications: Oversees project management for NetSuite implementation and system configurations. Represent the client to ensure through and well documented requirements for both the business and the technical scope/processes. Identity and champion the Change Management processes associated with the ERP change in terms of processes and workflows. Manage the implementing methodology and associated gate reviews. Document data migration needs and interfaces/integration scope. Manages the project risk register, using a structured project delivery methodology, scheduling clear and attainable goals and milestones. Identifies and communicates tasks to assigned resources required to complete specific steps or phases of the project. Drives progress and employs strong follow-up processes. Practices and encourages open communication between project team members ensuring all comprehend the shared purpose of the client requests/needs. Track and report project progress to appropriate parties. Communicate regularly and often with stakeholders to report project progress, delays, budgeting or technical issues, and any changes to the project scope. Manage project scope, defined costs, and project timeframes, with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Support design solutions using the NetSuite application throughout the organization. Monitors system design documents and participate in technical walkthroughs, testing and troubleshooting. Desired Skills and Experience: 10+ years of Project Management experience. 4+ years of implementing NetSuite for global companies. Ability to author detailed technical design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, technical use cases, exception handling, and test cases. Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal that fosters trust between team members. Must demonstrate a solid understanding and comprehension of the projects as a whole, with a keen attention to detail. Functional, technical, implementation and leadership skills. Ability to communicate technical details to the business in a clear and concise manner. Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude. Manages stress, when working under pressure with multiple demands and tight deadlines. Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritizing skills.
