Experience developing project charter, scope, goals, work plans, timelines, implementation strategies. Experience with the creation of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress toward goals and project outcomes. Experience with planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of complex enterprise projects. Able to identify decision-making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identify project partners. Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public; developing and monitoring contracts. You have to be able to lead by example as opposed to rule by edict or dictate. You work hard to bring out the best in those you interact with. You are able to deal with conflicts in a timely and professional manner. You know how to present the hard truth about an issue, when to say “no” and when to push the team for more results. You need to act as a positive force for the greater team in regards to the sharing of Agile/Scrum knowledge across the team and agency. You live and breathe Agile Required skills: 1.
