Ability to create graphs, tables & charts in MS that convey a message for presentations a plus; Ability to develop effective presentations/prototypes applicable to various audiences. Superior communication skills both written and verbal; Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to create sophisticated design solutions to complex problems. Ability to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience. Ability to organize requests and balance priorities from several development teams with different delivery schedules. Ability to handle multiple assignments, detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative; with a positive attitude. Ability to handle multiple assignments; superior written and oral communication skills; able to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience. 5 to 7 years of experience in project planning, management, etc. Knowledge of Verizons service Assurance systems in a plus.
