Description: The Web Analytics team utilizes data to identify online trends, behaviors, and revenue opportunities; tackles problems in the areas of profitability, assortment, pricing, etc. as it relates to Sitewide and FOB/categories. The team measures and optimizes customer path to purchase (performance of site functions, content and navigation), spearheads data-based site improvements, and works with cross-functional partners to socialize and execute concepts/strategies that increase revenue per visitor. The Associate, Digital Business Revenue is a highly cross-functional role with focus on providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: • Lead for Adobe tool usage and metric education, Ad hoc support, analysis/reporting. • Independently build reports and dashboard based on different request from multi-level counterpart. • Collaborates/consults with engineers on the transition of ad-hoc reports developed into enterprise reporting platform. • Drive measurable business results based on data driven decisions and actionable insights. • Drive the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports and customer facing functionality. • Support the testing, learning, and roll out of new processes and systems. • Validate data; ensure tools are functioning as designed. • Be the business liaison between Site Merch, Digital Merchants, and Tech engineers. • Facilitate and communicate enhancements and new reporting solution. • Consistently demonstrate regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: • BS Degree required (BS in Engineering plus), Knowledge of SQL required. • 5 + years of experience in ecommerce analytics and reporting experience preferred, Technology experience, a plus. • Knowledge of e-commerce reporting technologies. • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a Web Analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Core metrics, Google Analytics, Cognos, etc.) Communication Skills: • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats. Mathematical Skills: • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and analytical skills. Reasoning Ability: • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, strategic thinking and organizational planning skills. Physical Demands: • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. • May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
