You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. This role requires you to be fluent in some of the critical technologies with proficiency in others and have a hunger to learn on the job and add value to the business. This person will influence all aspects of the system from data ingestion utilizing big data methodologies to solving business problems through application development while focusing on security, fault tolerance and scalability. In addition to delivery, the full stack engineer should have a cloud native, automation first and continuous improvement mindset. The focus of this individual will be to create and implement, in a collaborative fashion, efficient and effective strategies and solution architectures tosolve problems in the real world. This person will also help with mentoring team members to develop mastery in all facets of full stack engineering.
