Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the development and support of Java and Python applications, as used within Risk Management (orgsnewly deployed Front Arena Solution and its integrated services. The overall solution provides position management for customer deals & structures, hedge trades, and all key processing activities (specific to derivatives trading) including generation of structured products customer confirmations, customer invoice creation, money movements, and general ledger accounting. This role requires an in-depth understanding of structured derivative trading business and ensuring that Financial Reporting accounting standards are met. This role requires an understanding of rick management instruments, key business processes required to support a derivative structured trading business and a strong knowledge of the overall design/use of Front Arena in order to meet business requirements. This is a developer role that works directly with the Front Arena Application Manager, Business Systems Design Analysts, and with the Trading Technologies team to enable future capabilities. The role is expected to monitor and maintain the highest levels of best practices as it relates systems development and application of agile methodology.
