Explore and load new data sets and work with leadership to extract innovative consumer-behavioral insights from new data sets Perform complex ad hoc analysis using Python and/or SQL as required, working with large datasets including loading them to a database and analyzing them with a Python-centric toolchain Work with Sales management teams to identify and prioritize analysis projects that are beneficial to the business Go above and beyond initial analysis requests by determining what questions we should be asking; proactively provide answers to the next logical questions before they are asked; seek to understand business motivations behind data and system requirements; proactively automate repeated processes – yes we said automation again Enthusiastically assist on day-to-day sales operations tasks as need arises Multi-task effectively Quickly respond to priority requests, juggling other projects necessary and communicate impacts Provide consistent high level of service to internal and external customers Minimum Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or related degrees. 3-5 years of experience Python 3 and SQL a must 2+ years of experience with data engineering or similar experience, Experience with developing backend subsystems of large web applications or complex ETL processing systems.
