You will be helping our various teams to define their model & architect solutions, ensure that their code is both performant and secure. The teams will draw on your experience in leading software engineering efforts, providing architectural direction, overseeing large development projects, product definition through authoring engineering plans, epics and user stories, and overall team health and efficiency. Responsibilities: · Collaborate with POs & PMs on various teams to ensure that their cloud base application solution is architected appropriately to ensure delivered solutions meet specifications based on functional/technical requirements · Participate in the establishment of architecture and design patterns and best practices as part of the software architecture team · Mentor other developers in establishing and applying best-in-class practices for domain-driven design, coding, continuous integration, and code deployments through design sessions, code reviews, knowledge shares, and technical oversight · Engage with the entire IT organization in the continuous improvement of DevOps tools and processes · Solve complex technical problems and design state-of-the-art solutions to address those problems · Align Infrastructure strategy and planning with the companys business goals · Lead project scoping, roadmap, and architecture discussions with business stakeholders and Infrastructure leadership · Drive and deliver thin slices of functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops in an agile environment Must Haves: 3+ years experience architecting and designing application within the MS Azure Cloud infrastructure 4+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment preferred · Fluency in a high-level Object-oriented programming language (preferably Java) and strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms · Any of the following languages: Java, C++, C, C#, Ruby, Go, Scala, Python, Bash · Network technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, HTTP   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
