Description :

Summary:

This role will serve as a stress testing engineer on the Lending Stress/Performance/Load Test Team
This would include writing stress and performance test plans, creating and executing stress and performance test scripts, and leading the testing activities
The scope of this role encompasses handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems, and acting as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of the applicable technology, tools and existing designs

Essential Functions:

Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and execution of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts
Work with the development teams to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process
Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs
Oversees overall systems stress and performance testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production
Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides
Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less-experienced staff
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan
Plan and direct quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitor project status in comparison to cost/time projections
Log, track, and verify resolution of software and specification defects
Document all phases of QA process

Primary Skills :
* Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in coding with LoadRunner/Performance Center
* Must have minimum of 7 years experience with test execution in HP LoadRunner/Performance Center
