The role of the Quality Assurance Practitioner will be to provide objective feedback to WSDOT from a third party perspective on project status and work provided by all parties associated with the project. It is WSDOTs intention that all entities maintain a clear, positive relationship and work together to keep the project moving ahead; recognizing and correcting problems early in the CSC BOS project and to the greatest extent possible, preventing any project schedule delays. Requirements : - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in performing project level QA and/or independent project oversight services for enterprise system implementations. - Minimum of ten (10) years of total experience managing pre implementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V or performing independent project oversight on enterprise systems projects. Desired Skills : - Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing IV&V for enterprise system implementations. - Minimum of two (2) years of experience with managing preimplementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V, or performing independent project oversight for tolling customer service center systems. - A valid project management certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Expert knowledge of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies and guidelines. - Expert knowledge of the IT Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines along with system implementation best practices and procedures.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
