Submission Deadline: 12/23/2019 2:00 PM CST Start Date: 1/13/2020 End Date: 12/31/2020 Client: Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) Description: Sample Tasks • Manage PeopleSoft HCM and ELM Testing effort including driving all QA related project tasks, objectives and milestones • Develop and maintain project testing methodology o Develop entry/exit criteria, scope and approach for each testing cycle and obtain sponsorship approval o Manage and communicate testing methodology across the various project teams • Create Test Plan, Test deliverables, Test Status Metrics, and manage issue logs • Create, maintain and communicate Standard Project Templates as it relates to testing • Track, escalate, and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to testing scope. • Coordinate Testing status communications with project team o Consistently provide support for internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success as it relates to Testing • Prepare test schedule and testing tasks, and identify interdependencies to achieve the scope through a clearly defined test plan/work breakdown structure for a variety of testing related activities: o System test o Automation test o Performance test o Accessibility test • Act as a liaison between the MMB functional team and MNIT/MMB technical staff • Create, document and track issues and resolution • Provide knowledge transfer to State staff • Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • 6 years combined experience serving as a QA/Test Lead for technology modernization effort(s) and/or ERP; • 7 years experience developing testing strategies for enterprise software upgrades; • 7 years combined experience in developing and/or managing project reporting metrics and/or reports; • One (1) engagement in the last 5 years, lasting at least six (6) months, as a QA/Test Lead for a public sector (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) Oracle PeopleSoft system deployment (which must have included HCM, ELM, and Interaction Hub); • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
