The team consists of operations, infrastructure, application, integration, configuation, database, and architecture resources. The team is responsible for ensuring that production SLAs are met, upgrades are delivered without disruption of claims service, and client communication is consistent, clear, and comprehensive. The individual will be responsible for reviewing all production tickets raised by the end users, reproducing the issue, determining the root cause, and then passing the issue to the appropriate team for resolution. This individual will also be responsible for reviwing production application logs and triaging any errors and warnings found in those logs. This individual will be responsible for testing new releases (upgrades) of configuration data, and application and integration code in an integrated client environment before release into production.
