The person will be working with the Quality and Manufacturing Managers, Subject Matter Experts and other key stakeholders to implement the defined improvement plan. Manage project plan for the defined improvement plan that has been created. Conduct working sessions and regular team meetings to execute on the defined improvement plan. Provide regular status updates and deliverable reviews and escalating issues and roadblocks to Global Quality Manager. Work with site leads to deploy and execute on the defined improvement plan. Basic Qualifications: Medical Device, Automotive, or Solar Industry experience preferred Experience in Manufacturing or Quality Proficient with MS Office Strong project management, communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills College degree or higher from an accredited institution Ability to travel to Monroe, NC and Red Wing, MN Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years project management experience 5 years of Medical Device, Automotive, or Solar Industry experience 10 years of Experience in Manufacturing and Quality Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016, NIOSH, NFPA) Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience working in large, matrixed organizations Experience with global deployments, must be able to communicate effectively with international sites Works with moderate work direction. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project. Responsibilities: 1. Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. 2. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. 3. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. 4.
