As an integral member of the Quality Assurance team, you will participate in entire project life cycle to understand the business requirement, device plans to ensure product quality, implement best practice testing techniques, and provide feedback to enhance business value. Job Responsibilities • Plan, develop, execute manual & automated testing scripts, and manage test data throughout the entire SDLC as appropriate to validate and measure quality. • Track, report, and review test results for the products compliance to the design and functional specifications and associated metrics with management. • Participate with designers, developers and other technical resources as active members of the project team throughout the development lifecycle to assist in scoping, offer insights on quality & system/application requirements, and to lead resolution of defects. • Participate in functional and technical meetings, from the beginning of the project through the entire life cycle. • Initiate, engage, and lead quality process improvements. • Lead, mentor, and train the team on various manual and automation initiatives. Required Qualifications: Education: • Required – Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Job Related Experience: • Minimum 7 years of experience required • Atleast 2+ years of collaborating, coordinating testing efforts with offshore team and 2+ years of working experience with QTP • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance and Agile methodologies required • Should be an Expert in SQL server testing • Demonstrated knowledge of Unix preferred • Automated web services testing experience with QTP a plus • Strong interpersonal skills; must be adaptable and willing to learn, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Ability to facilitate a collective team of technical and non-technical personnel to build best   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
