This engagement is expected to require no more than 20 hours per month starting in May 2016. *Required Skills: *With the WDRS Project Manager develop and implement a comprehensive Quality *Management plan that includes a detailed work plan, schedule, communication, risk assessment, and other relevant plans. *Review and report on project progress Identify problems, issues, and risks and facilitate the resolution process. *Report significant deviations from previously agreed upon work plans. *Recommend course(s) of action. *Meet with the Project Sponsor and Executive Sponsor (or designee) as needed to discuss/resolve issues and risks. *Seek feedback from project team and stakeholders. Gather and use data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, identify root causes of problems, and make improvements. *Coordinate with the Department of Enterprise Services IT Contract Liaison and the Office of the Chief Information Officer liaison, seek their input and keep them informed about the project. *Monitor progress on the project and adjust plans as necessary.
