The contractor agrees and understands that the terms and conditions specified in the IT Consulting Services – Qualified Provider List statewide contract apply to this PAQ, except where a term or condition in this PAQ is more restrictive than that in the IT Consulting Services – Qualified Provider List statewide contract, in which case the PAQ term will govern. PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: (Section should include an Introduction/Overview, Background, Objectives, Requirements/Tasks, and Security Requirements) GOAL: Complete the HWP business process analysis using vendor resources to assist DNR in making an informed decision on modernization of HWP data systems, and advance toward HWP data standards, improved and modernized HPW business practices. OBJECTIVES: •Complete the analysis as rapidly as possible while assuring analysis due diligence. •Identify and document HWP business processes related to how the HWP manages and uses its data. •Determine, analyze and make recommendations for HWP business process improvements. Project deliverables listed below will be used for future decisions regarding next steps required to modernize, enhance or replace existing applications for the management of HWP data. This project also enables the department to move forward with efforts for its integrated data initiative PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan.
