The new system should allow for seamless integration across agency programs, and should be integrated into the agencys website. The system will handle capital loan management, insurance claim expenditure tracking, infrastructure/construction documentation, cleanup documentation, and financial assurance method tracking. The system should be adaptable to PLIAs needs and include options to update the system based on changing state and federal regulations. Services required of the awarded System Vendor during implementation include, but are not limited, to the following: • Data conversion, migration and documentation. • Configuration of PLIA specific user stories/use cases. • Development of interfaces to internal and external systems necessary to maintain business processes. • Configuration of standard reports necessary to support business activities and to increase transparency to the public. • Development of comprehensive system documentation. • Comprehensive functional, system and performance testing. • System hosting or provisioning of the System by a cloud provider. • Implementation and roll-out of the System. • Compliance with state project management standards.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
