Create test automation Batch Engine automation · Experience with Caliper third party tool will be excellent · Mainframe, Agile, Financial experience are nice to have · Providing technical guidance to team members of the functional testing team both onshore and offshore · Developing technical solutions to testing middle-tier and back-end intensive systems · Participating in the creation and review of business and systems requirements, system delivery specifications and technical system design documentation and providing written feedback · Ensuring that test plans and test cases are defined, documented, executed and tracked to ensure new applications and enhancements to existing applications satisfy business requirements · Ensuring proper traceability between test cases and requirement documentation · Tracking test execution to planned test schedule to ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables · Maintain testing metrics and provide reports to QA manager on a timely basis · Ensuring that software problem reports are documented, maintained and monitored · Ensuring the design and execution of both automated and manual test scripts · Interacting with both business and systems personnel to assure functional and operational needs of the business are met · Interacting with offshore personnel to ensure daily test activities and deliverables are met · Ensuring close adherence to SATs systems development lifecycle processes and associated documentation · Continuous oversight of QA test environment to ensure environment is in proper order to support testing activities · Work collaboratively with test automation team to identify opportunities for test case automation QUALIFICATIONS: · 6+ years experience in Quality Assurance (application and database) a must · Advanced Unix and database scripting a must · Application or database development experience a plus · Solid investment management business background through training and experience a plus · Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with business and systems personnel · Experience preferred with Java, WebSphere, Oracle, Sybase, Informatica, Unix, PERL and PL/SQL · Experience with HP/Mercury products a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
