Experience with collaboration or educational tools like Adobe Captivate would be a plus Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) Strategic Programs is looking for an E-Business Systems Consultant to provide business consulting and project implementation support. This resource will work on the highly impactful Team Member Experience Program that deploys new technologies and tools to help Virtual Channels team members be more productive, engaged and happier at work. Team Member Experience – This program has several work streams and this role will focus on 3 key work streams. a. Team Member Collaboration Tools – Run pilots, market and evaluate team member collaboration tools and technologies. b. Team Member Listening – Wells Fargo is hosting team member listening sessions to receive feedback and gather ideas. This role will assist in the build out of a database to track ideas and outcomes. Will also help manage feedback for these sessions and evaluate tools to conduct the sessions. c. Digital Education - The goal of the digital education program is to deliver interactive tools to branch and contact center bankers to provide first-hand experience with Wells Fargos digital services (e.g. Bill Pay, Zelle, Mobile Deposit). This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, building and supporting simulations and providing support to end users. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of business systems analysis or design experience • 2+ years experience gathering and documenting system/application requirements • Project management and/or program management experience • Demonstrated experience researching, evaluating and recommending tools/technology/software • Technical aptitude. Able to quickly learn and not intimidated by new technologies/tools • Experience managing a pilot, proof of concept or technology rollout • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skillset • Able to effectively collaborate in a virtual environment • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deliverable dates in a fast-paced work environment • Knowledge and understanding of technology delivery and project management Desired Qualifications • Prior Wells Fargo experience.
