Major components of this effort include the following: ­ Data sourcing from multiple agencies, sub-recipients, and vendors involved with ARRA related programs ­ Staging, validation and transformation of data provided by the aforementioned organizations ­ Centralization and organization of data for optimized reporting, analytics, and overall transparency ­ Design, implementation, and management of public and internal facing web based reporting. ­ Implementation of processes and controls across the above components Specific Deliverables: ­ Unit test design and execution across several components including o Data Staging and Validation Modules o Data Transformation Module o Data Mart / Warehouse o Business Intelligence Application o Web based dashboards and interfaces ­ System testing design and execution across the above components ­ Documentation of above components and knowledge transfer as needed Experience Required: ­ At least 5 years of specialized experience in unit and system testing of technology integration projects ­ Experience in defining QA approach, strategies and test plans ­ Experience in testing web based applications for both intranet and internet purposes ­ At least 2 of the 5 years of testing experience conducted for business intelligence / data warehousing environments including technologies and processes across data sourcing, validation, reconciliation, and related ETL functions; data warehouse and data mart performance; front end reporting tool performance; transparency confirmation; and delivery of data feeds to external recipients outside of the client organization ­ Ability to demonstrably illustrate all above experience through: o Technical and functional interviews o Presentation of sanitized deliverables from past projects of similar nature o Multiple client reference testimonials ­ State and or federal government experience helpful, but not mandatory Skills Required: ­ Test approach and test plan definition ­ Test case development ­ Technology unit and system testing design and execution ­ Process unit and system testing design and execution ­ Strong understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts and related components ­ Strong understanding of web based applications and related components ­ Leadership and management of additional QA testing team members ­ Strong communication and documentation skills ­ Consistent attention to detail ­ Overall high degree of professionalism   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
